Admissions

ORIENTATION
  • For ASN Admission: Student must have a High School Diploma or GED or
    Certified Evaluation of High School Equivalency if High School was
    completed outside of the United States
  • For PN Admission: Student must have a High School Diploma or GED or Certified Evaluation of High School Equivalency if High School was completed outside of the United States
  • For NA Admission: Student must have a High School Diploma or GED or Certified Evaluation of High School Equivalency if High School was completed outside of the United States OR Pass SUNRISE SCHOOL OF NURSING’s Basic Entrance Test

REGISTRATION AND ADVISEMENT:

  • One -on- One Academic Advisement provided to all admitted students

ORIENTATION:

  • To Be Announced. Will be scheduled prior to starting program
  • In order to receive an invitation to one of our Orientation Sessions, the student must have completed the following:
  • Admission Form
  • Payment of $75.00 Non-refundable Application Fee
  • Copy of Government Issued ID
  • Copy of Healthcare License (LPN, LVN, LPT, RT, RMA, etc.….), if applicable
  • At orientation, the student will complete their Enrollment Agreement and Payment Contract and receive their schedule

TRANSFER CREDIT ASSISTANCE:

  • Unofficial transfer credit evaluation before you apply
  • Up to 21-transfer credits may be accepted into the Generic ASN Program and Transitional Program “A”
    (LPN, LVN, LPT, RT, RMA, etc.…)
  • Up to 28-credits may be accepted into the ASN-Transitional Program “B” for Foreign Medical Doctors
